End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of Stratagem Labs data systems, dashboards, automations, reporting layers, and related services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Stratagem Labs services, you agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.
2. License
Stratagem Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for lawful business purposes and in accordance with this agreement.
3. Services
Stratagem Labs structures and moves operational data through dashboards, triggers, approvals, reporting views, integrations, and operator-adaptive workflows. Features may change as systems are improved or adapted to client needs.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer protected components, or use the services in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform rules.
5. Data And Access
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of data you provide or connect to the services. You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls for your users, accounts, and connected systems.
6. Ownership
Stratagem Labs retains ownership of its software, methods, templates, interfaces, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and materials.
7. Third-Party Services
The services may connect to third-party platforms, APIs, files, or tools. Stratagem Labs is not responsible for third-party services, availability, policies, or changes.
8. Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other party using reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of providing or using the services.
9. No Warranty
The services are provided as available and as permitted by law. Stratagem Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or suitability for every business purpose.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratagem Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
11. Termination
Stratagem Labs may suspend or terminate access if this agreement is violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk.
